DMCA Policy

This page outlines our policy regarding copyright infringement and how we comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow the procedures outlined below.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated Copyright Agent. To ensure your notice is valid and effective, please provide the following information:

  1. Identification of the Copyrighted Work: Clearly identify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. This could be a link to the original work, a registration number, or a detailed description.
  2. Identification of the Allegedly Infringing Material: Provide specific URLs or other identifying information for the material on our platform that you claim is infringing your copyright. Be as precise as possible to help us locate it quickly.
  3. Your Contact Information: Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A Statement of Good Faith Belief: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: Include a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Your Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Please send your complete DMCA Takedown Notice to our designated Copyright Agent via the contact link below.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on our platform was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a DMCA counter-notification. Before doing so, please consider whether the content genuinely infringes on someone else's copyright. To file a valid counter-notification, please provide the following:

  • Identification of the Material Removed: Clearly identify the material that was removed or disabled, and provide the URL(s) where it appeared before it was removed.
  • A Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your Contact Information: Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Consent to Jurisdiction: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.

Once a valid counter-notification is received, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA takedown notice. If they do not file a court action seeking a court order against you within 10-14 business days, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed material.
